Ⅰ. Ukudaya Nokuphrinta: Ukuthuthukisa Ukusebenza Kombala Nobungani Bemvelo
I-PEIithuthukisa kakhulu imiphumela yokudaya nokuphrinta kwezindwangu ngokubopha izingxenye zayo zedayi ye-cationic ne-anionic, ngenkathi inciphisa ukungcola.
1. Ukwanda Kokujula Kokudaya (Inani le-K/S) kanye Nokuqina Kombala:
Izindwangu eziphathwe nge-PEI ezifana nokotini noboya zibonisa ukumuncwa kodayi okuthuthukisiwe kakhulu, okuholela emibala ejulile negqamile. Izindwangu zikasilika eziguqulwe yi-PEI zingathuthukisa ngempumelelo izinga lokudaya kanye nomphumela wokudaya kwamadayi emvelo afana ne-curcumin, okukhuthaza izinqubo zokudaya ezinobungani nemvelo.
II. Ukuqedela umsebenzi: Ukunikeza izindwangu “amandla amakhulu”
I-PEIiyisengezo esibalulekile ekukhiqizweni kwezindwangu ezisebenzayo, ikakhulukazi ephumelela kakhulu ekubambeni ilangabi.
1.Ukuqina komlilo okusebenzayo okuphezulu
Icebile nge-nitrogen,I-PEIivame ukusetshenziswa njengomthombo wekhabhoni noma igesi ezinhlelweni zokuvimbela umlilo ezingaphakathi, isebenza ngokubambisana nezinye izinto zokuvimbela umlilo eziqukethe i-phosphorus ne-silicon.

2. Izindwangu ze-viscose
I-PEI ene-phosphate-esterified, njenge-flame retardant, ingandisa i-limiting oxygen index (LOI) yezindwangu ibe ngu-28.9%, ikwazi ukuzicisha ngokwayo lapho isuswa ilangabi.
3. I-PA56, i-PAN, kanye neminye imicu yokwenziwa
Ngokusebenzisa ubuchwepheshe bokuxhunyelelwa noma bokuzihlanganisa ngezingqimba, amanethiwekhi axhumene angakhiwa, kufezwe ukuqina komlilo okuhlala isikhathi eside. Inqubo eqhubekayo yokuqeda ukuqeda i-anti-felting esebenzisa i-potassium persulfate (PMS)-PEI enkambisweni yezinyathelo ezimbili iyinqubo engena-chlorine futhi enobungani nemvelo.
8. Ukumanzi Okuthuthukisiwe kanye Nokunamathela Kwamanzi

Njenge-ejenti yokuhlanganisa, ingasetshenziswa ukwelapha imicu kakotini, okwenza kube lula ukuthi i-copper sulfide (CuS) ifake i-catalytic chemical plating ebusweni bayo, ngaleyo ndlela ifinyelele ekuqhutshweni kwayo.
Ⅳ. Isifinyezo
